Today board the toy train from Kalka to Shimla. Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Day 5 | Shimla

Day 6 | Shimla – Garli / Paragpur [By road in 6 hours]
Head towards Garli, a heritage village in the Kangra Valley which displays a huge range of colonial and regional architectural styles in its mansions, temples and sarais. Check-in at a heritage hotel. Our local guide will walk you through the village and tell us stories about its history.
Day 7 | Garli / Paragpur – Masroor Rock cut temples – Kangra – Mcleodganj [By road in 2 hours]
Today visit the Masroor rock cut temples and Kangra Fort. Later drive towards Mcleodganj. Mcleodganj is known for its Buddhist monasteries, museums, temples, waterfalls, lakes, and Tibetan settlements and is home to the Tibetan Government in Exile and the Dalai Lama's residence. It's a lovely small place to walk around.
Day 8 | Mcleodganj
Today visit the the Dalai Lama temple, local market and a short trek to waterfall. In the evening enjoy delicious Tibetan cuisines in a local restaurant.
Day 9 | Mcleodganj – Amritsar [By road in 4 hours]
To drive towards Amritsar. Check-in at hotel and relax. In the evening visit the Golden temple.
Day 10 | Amritsar
Full day sightseeing of Amritsar, Visit Golden Temple, Old Heritage market, partition museum and in the evening enjoy the beating retreat ceremony at India-Pakistan border.
Day 11 | Amritsar – Delhi [By Flight]
Today board the flight to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi and check in at the hotel near to the airport. In the evening you may visit the local markets.
