JAISALMER: situated at the heart of the Thar Desert, this ‘’golden city’’ is popular for its golden gorgeous sand dunes and quaint camel rides in the Great Indian Desert, which simply make you want to freeze the moment and pay homage to the beauty of nature.  This city is also dominated by its ginormous Fort.  Built-in 1156, this fort symbolises the hearty Jain community of Hindus. They have sculpted it with diverse temples and artefacts. The best of Rajasthani cuisine is served here and a variety of fabrics and jewellery shops were built with whooping bargains.

JODHPUR: This second-largest city offers a perfect blend of food, shop and music and language. Jodhpur also has a huge fort called the ‘’Mehrangarh Fort’’. It is located in the centre of the city on top of a high hill, enclosed with various thick walls preserving its intricate and delicate work. It is known as the ‘’sun-fort’’. The breathtaking view from the fort of the city is remarkable as it does portray the ‘’blue city’’ with lights gleaming in the dark.

UDAIPUR:  This city will captivate your eyes. Udaipur is often remarked as the ‘’Venice of the East’’, it enriches the romantic side of nature. The white marbled lake palace acts as an entire island in Lake Pichola.  You will witness a serene view from the Palace of the glittering lake with a backdrop of mighty hills. Furthermore, you will get to enjoy this placid lake more closely on the boat rides. Another fascinating activity that this place proposes is horse riding in and around the small villages of Udaipur.

JAIPUR:  Flashpack in and around the largest city of Rajasthan. This chaotic and crowded ‘’pink city’’ is admired for its palaces and forts, each celebrating a legend of its own. Jaipur represents the crème de la crème of arts, literature and culture. It is in every form connected to its ancient enchantment. One of the most visited places in Jaipur is the HAWA MAHAL; built-in 1799 and located in the kernel of a busy market, this ‘’palace of winds’’ is known for its intricate work minted on the walls of this five-storey building.  The nearby market is flooded with vibrant crafts and handmade goods.

CHITTORGARH: this is a must for your flashpacker itinerary. It is home to the largest fort in India. Chittorgarh Fort is a quintessential symbol of Rajputana chivalry, bravery and honour. It portrays a panoramic and picturesque overview of the city.  As you stand on top of this hilltop fort, it evokes the grand ambience of Rajasthani values and the beauty that it silently preserves. Their sound and light show is also an amazing experience.
